Day Rates
10 hours billed — the 11th hour is free. Past hour 11, overtime bills at the standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

Distance-Based Rates
Marginal tiers — the first 110 miles bill at the first rate; every mile after that bills at the lower rate. 20-mile minimum on all transfers.

Policies, In Plain Language
20-Mile Minimum
All transfers carry a 20-mile minimum — any trip under 20 miles bills as 20 miles.
3-Hour Hourly Minimum
Hourly charters are billed for a minimum of 3 hours, even if your trip runs shorter.
Tolls
Tolls are billed to the customer and collected by your chauffeur at the time of service.
Reservation Fee
A flat, non-refundable $80 reservation fee is charged online to confirm every booking. It is separate from and in addition to your trip fare — it is not applied toward it. The trip fare is paid directly to your chauffeur at the time of service, by cash or card. (Long-distance trips are prepaid in full against a custom quote.)
Star Lights
The fiber-optic star-light experience can be added to any booking for a flat $50 upcharge.
Cancellation
The reservation fee is non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations carry an additional $50 charge.
Vehicle Care
A cleaning fee of $100–$250 applies if the vehicle is left unclean. Smoking is permitted in the vehicle but carries a $80 fee.
