What is the $80 reservation fee?+
A non-refundable $80 reservation fee is charged online to confirm your booking. It is separate from and in addition to your trip fare — it is not deducted from it. Your trip fare is paid directly to your chauffeur at the time of service, by cash or card.
How is my trip fare calculated?+
Transfers are priced per mile with a 20-mile minimum. Hourly charters carry a 3-hour minimum, with day rates for 10+ hours (the 11th hour free). Long-distance interstate trips are always quoted individually — no online calculator applies.
Are tolls included?+
Tolls are billed to the customer and collected by your chauffeur at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?+
The $80 reservation fee is non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations carry an additional $50 charge.
Which airports do you serve?+
JFK, LGA, EWR, ISP, HPN and TEB — with flight tracking and meet-and-greet on every airport transfer.
Can I request the star lights?+
Yes — the fiber-optic star-light experience can be added to any booking for a flat upcharge, toggled on during checkout.
